Commack Family Dental is an in-network provider for many major dental insurance companies. A co-payment may apply at each visit and will be collected from the patient  at the time of service. If we are not a preferred provider for your insurance, we are still happy to work with you to maximize your dental benefits by processing and filing insurance claims, but you are ultimately responsible for payment in full at the time of treatment.

When it comes to necessary dental care, we never want payment to be the only thing keeping our patients from achieving their smile goals. That’s why we accept multiple forms of payment, and will work with you to finance your dental health care. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, and major credit cards. Additionally, we work with third party financiers to provide low interest or no interest credit for those who qualify.
